How do you celebrate your most loyal customers? By giving them their very own '30 under 30' style content series that rewards Flybuys members at the top of their points game.

In previous years, the members were put on a pedestal, it was exciting and grand and romanticised and theatrical. But this meant that in the court of public opinion, the chosen 50 were becoming too good — and almost unattainable for the average shopper.

So in 2023, we did it a little differently. 
Our approach was to treat them as ordinary people, with extraordinary skills — putting them in the hot seat, with rapid-fire Q&A interviews to match.

Or Sarah, whose partner is staging a coup against the Flybuys app for quality time — and who apparently loves acronyms.
